Will there be a kids club running during the school holidays?
Yes - our popular BIG4 kids club will be running throughout the July school holiday period! We have a fantastic program of fully supervised activities, crafts, and games designed to keep the children entertained while you enjoy some well-deserved relaxation time. A full timetable of events will be provided to your family upon check-in.
What facilities are available in the park if it rains?
We have designed our park to be a complete holiday destination, no matter the weather. If it turns into a rainy winter day, families can enjoy our indoor movie room, hang out in the games room, or participate in our indoor kids club activities. Our indoor camp kitchen is also fully enclosed and heated, making it a comfortable spot for family meals.
Is the pool and hydro spa heated during winter?
Yes - our outdoor swimming pool and solar-heated hydro spa are kept at a beautiful, warm temperature year-round. It is the perfect place to soak and unwind after a day of exploring the rugged Albany coastline.
Are there any local family events happening in Albany this July?
Absolutely - July is a wonderful time to visit the Great Southern region. The annual Albany Maritime Festival runs throughout the entire month of July, offering interactive maritime history displays, community markets, and family-friendly activities at the Historic Whaling Station. It is also the peak of our spectacular whale watching season, with regular tours departing from the harbour.

Are camp fires or fire pits allowed at the park?
- Open fires are prohibited in the park, but there is a cosy wood fireplace located in the Campers Kitchen, for all guests to enjoy in the cooler months.
- There are electric and gas BBQ’s in the park located by the pool, amenity block, camp kitchen and by gated entrance at far end of park.
What are the reception and office hours in Albany?
