While we are continually working to improve accessibility throughout the park, we currently offer the following accessible features:
Accommodation with limited mobility access:
Some of our Spa Villas offer partial access, but may not be suitable for all wheelchair users. These villas include:
- Ramp access to the patio and entrance door.
- Shower and toilet chairs available upon request.
Please note that these villas have:
- No grab rails/handles in the shower.
- A small recess at the bottom of the shower.
- Standard-width door frames (820mm wide).
These features offer some access, but may not meet the needs of all wheelchair users. We encourage guests to consider these features when booking to ensure the villa meets their individual needs. Accessible Facilities:
In addition to our accessible Spa Villas, we also offer the following accessible facilities:
- A dedicated accessible bathroom located next to the general showers and toilets in the amenities block.
- Ground-level access and wide doors to the Recreation building.
- Ground-level access and wide doors to the Kids Club room.
- Ground-level access and wide doors to the Campers Kitchen.

Are you pet-friendly?
- We do not accept pets during high and mid-season, but 'paws and relax' as we do welcome your furry friends on camp and caravan sites only, during low season (June to October, excluding school holidays & public holidays). Conditions apply, please refer to our Pets page here.
Are camp fires allowed?
- Open fires are prohibited in the park.
- There is a cosy wood fireplace located in the Campers Kitchen, for all guests to enjoy in the cooler months.
- There are electric and gas BBQ’s in the park located by the pool, amenity block, camp kitchen and by gated entrance at far end of park.
What is your Day Visitor Policy?
- Registered guests are permitted to have visitors during their stay. All visitors must be registered at reception when entering the park and further must park their vehicle in the public Middleton Beach car park. Please note, guests and their dependants are not permitted to use the parks’ facilities, due to liability and insurance reasons.
- Please note it is the responsibility of all parents/guardians to supervise children at all times during your time at the park.
- We apologise for our strict policy but have implemented this to protect our local business and paying guests right and entitlements to park facilities.
