We strive to make BIG4 Middleton Beach welcoming and accessible to all our guests. 

While we are continually working to improve accessibility throughout the park, we currently offer the following accessible features:

Accommodation with limited mobility access:

Some of our Spa Villas offer partial access, but may not be suitable for all wheelchair users. These villas include:

• Ramp access to the patio and entrance door.
• Shower and toilet chairs available upon request.

 Please note that these villas have:

• No grab rails/handles in the shower.
• A small recess at the bottom of the shower.
• Standard-width door frames (820mm wide).

These features offer some access, but may not meet the needs of all wheelchair users. We encourage guests to consider these features when booking to ensure the villa meets their individual needs.  Please contact us directly if you have any questions or require further information about the specific layout of these villas.

Accessible Facilities:

In addition to our accessible Spa Villas, we also offer the following accessible facilities:

• A dedicated accessible bathroom located next to the general showers and toilets in the amenities block.
• Ground-level access and wide doors to the Recreation building.
• Ground-level access and wide doors to the Kids Club room.
• Ground-level access and wide doors to the Campers Kitchen.
